The leadership model mainly empowers the leaders to have the skills and knowledge that are useful in ensuring that a change of culture is done perfectly and turns out to be a success. Mainly the top leadership is always expected to have much impact on the leadership by ensuring that the people working below them can realize their potential and impacts towards the attainment of the goals and objectives of the organization.
