The economic strengths of the Philippines that favors the education sector more

In my opinion, the most important economic strength that favors the education sector in the Philippines is the strong commitment to human capital development. The government’s long-term commitment to education spending has led to expanded educational opportunities and higher quality of instruction. This has resulted in a better educated and skilled labor force, which in turn can boost the national economy (Cabacungan, 2020). The government of the Philippines has taken several steps to raise the standard of education , such as implementing the K-12 program, establishing the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and implementing the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act (RA 10931). These programs have helped close the wealth-gap in education and made it possible for the country to give its inhabitants with a top-notch education. The country’s education system has also improved due to technological advancements. As a result of technological advancements, all residents of this country, regardless of their geographical location, now have equal access to a high-quality education at a more affordable price.
