Also, the team figured out who might use the service, their needs, how much money it might bring in and how much it might cost. After the market research, the group moved on to the next step: making the product or service. The team then designed the mobile application and decided which features would be included.

When the design phase was over, the team moved on to testing and evaluating the product or service. During this stage, the team tested the mobile app to ensure it worked well and met all the security requirements. After the testing and evaluating stage, the team moved on to the production stage. During this part of the project, the team built the service’s infrastructure and got the cars it needed. After getting all of the equipment and vehicles they needed, the crew moved to the stage where they would start their project. During this phase, the team got the service running and started telling people about it. During this time, you could also use the service.
