Taking masters in international business course provides a better understanding of managing businesses within the international business aspects taking this course helps maturing skills that are relevant in undertaking with any managerial hitches across their working spectrums within the international business community. Through outlining how to effectively manage businesses globally, every student would adopt a better understanding of how an international organization are involved in every supply chain and their correlation. A proper module that has an outlined approach towards gaining experience provides learners with chances of acquiring outside work and developing required skills and experiences to operate under global aspects
Throughout the learning, this module focused on global supply chains, cross cultural management practices that are considered by companies such as value of new products and services that are distributed through value chains and global exercises. Additionally, the module involved cultural, linguistic and physical challenges that are faced with most organizations and the bet mechanisms used by these organizations to counter effect the challenges. similarly, this module gave an opportunity for one to form part of an international business environment based on the case studies given over the period.
Process and product critique
The module was based on consultancy that is beneficial in creating appropriate employment skills through discovery and study of organizational context. These processes helped to meet develop personally and at group levels. I likely improved my commercial awareness, interpersonal, relational and practical skills with an appropriate knowledge gained through group negotiations and real time work projects. The program developed management reports that are unique in that they required an agreed research area between organizations and school supervisors. The curriculum involved carrying out business organization studies, developing research questions, managing projects through consultancy and skills through report-writing, data analysis, writing suctions and action plans not to mention the final reflection of the whole process through experiment learnings.
Undertaking this module, equipped me with critical reflective and evaluative aspects of organizational processes and their inter relation with speculative theory. Through this, it gives practical recommendations through exploring organizational reports that provides reflection of adjustable requirements. The whole course was equipped with teaching and learning processes that examined official sessions, tutor directions and autonomous research. There was a collaborative strategy for class sessions that were derived through engaged learning and learners experience throughout the course consultations, the only stress was experienced from individual participations on inclusivity and minor group presentations. This could suppose a reflective practice method to knowledge routed in workshop and seminars/conferences through performance and undertaking actions that allows one to apply the theoretical part of learning into the real world, cross extermination and recommendations that are appropriate for organization or at personal level. These practices are beneficial for both real world work experience and collective advancements that are extracted throughout the course process.
