Work with your group to create a crow’s foot ERD or UML class diagram that represents the data requirements for the case study. Use the diagram editor agreed by your group members during the Discussion. Account for all business processes (reports and forms). Ensure that the final diagram is in at least third normal form (3NF).

Note that the number of tables (entities) and fields (attributes) will depend upon your analysis of the requirements and how you normalize. Different solutions are possible.

Include the following elements within your deliverable:

  • A description of each group member’s contribution to the project. Include the self-reported number of hours that each group member contributed to this phase of the project
  • The name of the group member responsible for compiling and submitting the group results for this phase of the project
  • An ERD or class diagram that includes all of the entities, attributes, relationships, primary keys, and foreign keys necessary to store all the information required to implement a successful system
