The construction sites face several hazards; therefore, a Site-Specific Safety Plan is important to implemented in every site. It helps in the identity of several hazards that include:
Site Specific safety guides the supervisors when in line duty to ensure all the procedures are followed during any construction works going on.
Hazards are able to be identified early enough using the SSSP and the appropriate action taken to prevent harm to the workers on site and their supervisors.
A well-developed SSSP by the Contractor or Sub contractor will give a clear path on keeping records of the hazards and reporting others to the senior authorities on what exactly is happening on the construction sites.
Site specific safety plan will help in preparing for the emergencies that may arise while construction works are going on.
SSSP has also provided employment to many in form of supervisors and and the tutors on the those guiding the rest.
Once all the the key site-specific safety plan has been implemented fully the communication on the construction is very effective to everyone there. It will also serve as binding factor on how to carry yourself during the projects between the contractor and main contractor.

Site specific safety plan should be put in place for any activity that involves human personnel at any time. The safety of the workers and and any other person on site. Safe work plan is mostly for the place that the hazards have been notified and a way keeping safe. Further, a supervisor should develop aa safe work plan when there is need to do so. It should have clear task analysis, work analysis and job and risk analysis.

Inspection of the major plant equipment will also be done on the third day of the week by a well-qualified profession. Vehicles in the project will undergo inspection on every fourth day of the week.
Environmental impact
The vehicles will be fueled on site. The control measures will have a fuel attendant dressed in safety boots and all the other requirements, there is no spillage of fuel allowed.
Concrete equipment or mortar will be washed on site. The company will do excavation of certain depths and width that will serve as deposit for the cleaning waste from the concrete.
The run off water can be directed to the drain or the waterway. This is possible through by introduction of furrows towards the drain. The dug drains will collect the water from the site and collect it pipes and join the main drain or waterway.
Noise from the construction site will not affect those living around because there have been introduction of noise proof material around the perimeter wall so the it does not get to the neighborhood.
Dust will not be generated to the extent of affecting the vision of the people around the area, therefore, there will be minimal mitigation. However, the public around the site of construction is encouraged to put on a mask.
Fumes produced in site will controlled by use fumes extractors to avoid affecting the neighbor hood and the workers on site. Furthermore, the workers will be encouraged to use masks and similar to the neighbors.
Waste material and empty product containers be will be generated. The containers will be collected and later on put in the incinerators for the plastic ones, while others that are metallic will recycled similar to some of the plastic material and containers.

Hazardous products and substances inventory/ register
Products that can cause harm to the workers on site include the following; cement that is in form of solid. The total volume on site is about 50m3. The site has a safety data sheet for cement. Its is under packing group three will lowest danger to the users.
Storage location for the cement is a moisture proof shed that will allow to maintain its dry nature throughout. There is no special storage requirements for cement. PPE are required for the handling of cement especially masks and gloves.
